Due to safety concerns due to Covid-19, SEMI-THERM 36 was cancelled. To the greatest extent possible, papers, presentations, short courses, etc. that that were scheduled to be presented at SEMI-THERM 36 in 2020 will instead be given at SEMI-THERM 37 in 2021.
